2018 Sarjeant Gallery Te Whare o Rehua Whanganui Arts Review

The winner of the Arts Review Open Award is ‘Breathe’ by Kathryn Wightman. Judge Karl Chitham said the work drew him back again and again – beautiful and full of depth and lustre, it hints at memory and nostalgia. Incredibly it is kiln formed glass with sintered glass powder. Congratulations Kathryn!
